B: museli topped with yoghrt and skim milk
L: multi grain roll with homemade chicken and vegetable soup (MADE BY ME!!!! see I am on the improve now...)
S: 1 pikelet topped with banana slices and a cup of tea
D: meat balls in tomato and red pepper sauce with lettuce salad
S: small handful of dried fruit, mixed nuts and rice cracker mix
S: 1 low fat hot chocolate with cinnamon added... YUMMY
Wanted to have an extra piece of fruit, but didn't get around to it.
Workout: 1 lap of my street... isn't that a far cry from my usual workouts? I will get there as I heal.

S: 2-3 oz walnuts
no exercise. Started Physical therapy today. Let me say I love the heated massaging pads that go on your back. OH baby do they feel goooooooooood.

B: skim milk met oatmeal and cinnamon and raisins
S: apple with cinnamon
l: glass of fruitmilk
2 slices of multigrain bread, 1 one chicken and 1 with low fat cheese
s: apple, 0,5 bag ofweigh****chers chips (2 points pr bag), small water-ice (1 point)
d: macaroni (pasta) with lean ground beef (tartar), lots of veggies abnd homemade tomatosauce of strained tomatoes, some chilisauce, herbs and some philadelphia light
s: low fat low calorie chocolate mousse (1,5 points)
total had 25,5 points so saved 3,5 for upcoming event this weekend, along with the 3,5 I earned for my:
Exercise: 50 minutes walking with stroller (plus babies, otherwise stroller would be silly)
