What did you eat today 4/21?
For me:
B: kashi bar
S:peanut bar
L: Spaghetti..whole wheat noodles..extra lean mean..weigh****chers yogurt
S: 100 calorie kettle corn didnt eat the whole bag so it wasnt no 100 calories
D: Yeah i goofed..fried chicken patties..and had a chicken pattie on a hamburger bun with mustard..fried some french fries..and had maybe a handful of them..and then made some velveeta dip...velveeta and a can of rotel..
And either had tea or water to drink today...well i did have ONE SMALL DRINK of a diet dr. pepper..
I have weined myself off of the pop..i'd drink 4 or 5 a day..more at times..and i have myself away from the sweats!!
1 mango hi pro drink + 1.5 c kale smoothie~100 cals
1/2 protein bar 150 cals
Lunch: edamame + 1/2 c brown rice + various veggies like broccoli, red bell in a spicy sauce ~350 cals
1 hi pro hot chocolate 80 cals
90 minute swimming plus laps
Supper: 1.5 c steak/noodles/sauce + 1 c raw radishes + 1/12 coconut pie with whip cream ~750 cals
