What did you eat today? 4/19
B: 1pc ww toast, 1 sausage patty, 1 fried egg....My 15 yr old made my hubby and me breakfast in bed...how sweet!!!!!
S: 1/2 glazed apple fritter
L: 10 baked blue corn tortilla chip, 2tbsp salsa, 1/2 oz cheese
D: 4-5oz greek meatloaf (grd beef, feta cheese, black olives, greek seasoning, plain breadcrumbs and eggs), 1/2 cup cauli, broc. carrot blend
S: orange
I actually feel really good about todays menu. I was more focused today than I have been in the past week.

B: skim milk with oatmeal and cinnamon and raisins
s: pear
l: wholewheat bread with omelet with mushrooms and onions, 1 glass of fruit milk
s: gingerbread, 1 chooclate bonbon (haha they are only 1 pts!)
d: 2 wholewheat breadsticks with red meat
Exercise: 1 hour (!) of vigourous cardio on the crosstrainer and on the treadclimber. I burned about 500 kcal....

my Saturday menu was off - had a major cleaning frenxy all morning so did not eat - all jacked up on coffee! My house needed me - after many weekends of being gone, not interested in cleaning, etc., I did deep clean stuff like moving out the fridge & cleaning behind and under (p.u.) and same for the washer dryer area - all scrubbed up and looking pretty. On hands and knees scrubbing floors - took apart out huge fridge/freezer and cleaned out tons of old food - our freezer had tons of now-unidentifiable items...there's only two of us here, and my DH is freaky about saving food.
So, at noon, I ate for the first time of the day: 1/2 pork loin + 1/2 c broccoli salad + diet pepsi
2:00 at a childrens fair, ate bites of a deep fried indian taco, some cheetos.
6:00 - guacamole + 1 svg flax chips
5 lite beers before and with supper
8:00 supper: 5 ounces walnut encrusted halibut + 1/2 c rice + fresh green beans in bbq like sauce
1 cup ice cream later that night.
