B: nothing L: 2 chicken wings no crust, 1/2 corn on the cob, 1/2c green beans, 1/2c garlic butter tortellinis, 2"x2" pc apple pie w/top crust only S: snack size bag doritos, Little Debby strawberry roll D: 4 pieces thin crust supreme pizza (3- 3"x3" squares and one smaller corner) No exercise yet other than walking around the hospital and back and forth to the doc's office to get some test done and other things set up.

I've added everything up, but one item that I need to look at the box. As for now i think 1122. I could be under guessing.

45 minutes asanas/ball crunches/push ups B:  1 c blueberries + 1/4 c fiber one + 1 c lowfat yogurt L:  1/4 c egg salad + 1 c baby greens + 1 c green beans, corn, celery in a watery tomato-y soup 1/2 protein bar later afternoon 45 minute wog supper: on the grill 3 -4 ounces pork tenderloin + 1/2 large sweet potato grilled in olive oil + 1 c broccoli salad w/lower fat mayo, sour cream dressingbacon bits/red onion + diet pepsi

Going dancing later!!!!!  No drinking, either! edit:  had 1/2 c applesauce with supper, and add in 3 hours of dancing!

well it is yesterday already for me, but since it was my very first succesful day back on track, I will write it down

No exercise (getting ready to go to gym in an hour)

B: Skim milk with oatmeal, cinnamon and raisins (according to dr Oz, cinnamon does something to stop the grehlin hihi)

S: 1 apple

L: 4 slices of wholeweat bread with red meat on it 1 glass of skim fruit milk

s:1 pear and 2 wholegrain biscuits

D: mashed potatoes with vegetable and lean beef

s: 1 pieve of gingerbread

9 glasses of water

total is about 27 points (can have 29)

Ok you ready for this? lol B: Carrot Muffin L: Donut haha D: Went out to Bar Louie...I had the California Chicken CLub OMG YUM!!!!!!!! It was on like 5 grain bread with some fries...I didnt eat but half of the meal. Now the drinks! 1 Sunset Margarita 1 John Wayne A couple sips of Cognac 1 ******* Shot 1 Johnny Vegas Shot 1 KamiKaze thing of a Shot 1 Mah Tai 2 Long Beaches 2 Adios Mother******s.....its the same as a Long Island but instead of cola it has sprite and blue Caraco.
