Hello lovely peoples. It has been awhile since I have been around. I am keeping busy and doing great. I am down 38 pounds total so far and 240 pounds to go but my next mini goal is only 12 pounds away. I plan to join an exercise club at that time. A family member goes to a local shapes and has a personal trainer and loves it. I may try that. I know I am worth it. I am using the medifast plan and chose it after much consideration and with my doctor's supervision.

Oh I forgot the time frame. I started February 8, 2008 with 3 different weeks without loss. It seem like a long way to go in the beginning but looking back... I know this time I won't gain it back, it is gone for good. I am learning alot along the way and have a much better body image and think of food differently.
Thanks so much for the wonderful comments and support. I am 40 pounds down and feeling great. Also the personal trainer tip is great. I was just talking to my mom this morning and learned my brother's wife has a personal trainer at a local exercise club and it is near my husband's office so that is even sweeter.
