L: Chicken Ranch Taco Salad from Taco Bell. I didnt eat the shell it came in.
D: Is gonna probably either be A. SB Protein Bar or B. Nothing.
I am shopping again tonight because I still need pants, eyelashes, a purse, maybe one of those waist belts they're in style lol...shoes...earrings and a necklace...oi.
So exercise is shopping really fast.

I didnt wake up this morning I was up late but I will walk tomorrow morning :) Because its mah birfday tomorrow! lol
EDIT: I did have a SB protein bar for Dinner...lol
I was a P.O.S.
During the night I swiped the icing off of half of one of those enteman's chocolate cakes with the marshmallow frosting.
I feel even huger today. I went down to 213 and I weighed myself at my sister's doc's office and it was 224.
I can't believe THIS with all the running around I'm doing from like 5:00am every day.
Today I ate a leftover rotisserie chicken leg and 1 small meatball (I put up a pot of sauce and meatballs and made my sister some lasagne for tonight.. she was wishin' for it).
B: none
L: reuben sandwich w/ extra pickles and 1000 island dressing, 1/2 order french fries
D: 1 bratwurst, 1/2c bavarian kraut, 20 red grapes
S: fresco crunchy taco, nachos supreme, 1oz unsalted trail mix (raisins, raw cashews, raw almonds)
Exercise: 3 miles on stationary
TOPS weight in tonight: minue 3/4 pound. I'll take it. It's still a loss.
8:00 1 protein cookie - 150 cals
10:00 1 choco protein pdr in coffee
Lunch: chicken breast + 1/2 avocado + lettuce + 1/4 c salsa + 2 tsp sour cream
3:00 1/2 protein bar
phatty bike ride - 1.5 hours
Supper just now: 2 ounces lean corned beef + 1/2 potatoes, fried in scant amount of olive oil + 2 eggs + 11 ounce nf milk
EDIT: weird lil mini binge at 10:30 pm. woke up straving, so I get up and eat 2 c nf milk, hi fiber crackers, 1 svg. Then a 1/2 pb sandwich. Thne some bites of the corn beef hash. Actually i did get back to sleep.
Breakfast

1 cup Puffed Rice cereal
1 cup skim milk
1 cup coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Sliced tomato (3 pieces) with shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheeses, plus light our cream
Lentil soup
8 oz. nonfat, plain yogurt with Sweet N Low and slices banana
20 oz. water
Dinner
2 cheeseburgers on bun (homemade)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can vegetable soup
Skim milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar (a slimmed-down version of the Klondike Bar)
