What did you eat today? 04/15
B: sausage patty on 1pc wwh bread, ketchup
L: 6" subway club one wheat w/ gr. pepper, pepperocini, black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, extra pickles, light mayo
D: 1/4-1/2c tuna salad w/egg and light mayo, 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/4c applesauce
S: 5 cookies, small bag skittles....sugar made me sick so I comited some of it back up
S: bowl of cocoa puffs, 2 wafer thin slices chicken lunch meat
I think I know what the sugar cravings are and I don't like it...TOM. I am having a hell of a time fighting against it this time around. I give in then feel bad instead of fighting and feeling good. Ok, tomorrow is a new day and I can't let today get the better of me.
Exercise: So far a 15 min walk home from church about 3/4 mile
EVERYTHING
Started with a couple of pieces of ham with provolone rolled up in it
moved along to leftover chicken.. not really much of that
got more rotisserie chicken (1/2 small chicken).. and ate the sh*t out of that
had a couple of pieces of roast beast with yellow american rolled up on in it
accidentally drank my sister's coffee instead of mine.. but so you get the picture of how nasty that is..... she uses about 4 TABLESPOONS of sugar in it. egaaaaaaaaaaaads
No exercise
just some yard work for my sister's mother in law
Made Joyce a tortellin soup and even though it's very filling.. her friend felt it wasn't good enough and is showing up sometime tonight with sausage and peppers... so.... since the only thing I can do is either sit in my car or go to bed.... I guess I'm going to bed........ whatever

My day was protein drinks and 1/2 bars every couple few hours. Fresh strawberries in there someplace.
Lunch was high prtein pudding + 1 slice ezeke bread + 2 tsp pb + rasberry hi pro tea
Supper: 4 ounce grilled burger, no bun, dice raw onion + 1/2 c cottage cheese + 1/4 c beans + 1 slice bleu cheese + 3 oven fries + pickles
crappy for veggies...no exercise...but work got caught up from me being out of town! Practiced my accordian, made notes flash cards for study.
Can I just say that putting off my taxes until the day before SO did me in for eating yesterday. I had cookies and mint chocolate candies that it was going out of style. I think I'm PMSing. AND I had gain 1 solid pound over night. I was so not in the mood. Tomorrow is another day!
