L: 6inch Roasted Chicken Subway Sub on Wheat. (Wheat bread, chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, olives, cucumber, pickle, light honey mustard.) & a Tall (Small) SKinny Caramel Latte with sugar free caramel syrup from Starbucks
D: The other 6inch half of my sub
30 minutes of TurboJam tonight :)
Oh and I go home tomorrow...and I am getting my first tattoo tomorrow too....OH and I have one guy from work he's 19 I feel like he is a baby lol...hes a very good looking black guy. Texting me wanting to go out and stuff....oi.

We started a Biggest Loser at work! I am happy about that. The ole grind is not really working for me, hope this take sit up a notch.
Today: usual protein bars, half at a time, and protein drinks every few hours. Had a small apple somewhere in there.
Fast hard road bike ride: 1.5 hours! Ten days til my 60 miler.
Supper: much better tonight, not as starving: 1 crispy oven chicken breast on 1 large romaine/spinach/tomato/feta/russian dressing salad + 1/2 c green bean casserole + diet pepsi + 5 oven fries
B: none got up late
L: 6 hot wings (no crust), 4 fried mushrooms, 1/2c cottage cheese, ranch dressing for dipping
D: 12" roasted chicken sub on honey oat w/ small amount light mayo, green pepper, tomato, very little lettuce, black olives, pepperocini, provolone
S: lg tangerine
Exercise: 10 miles stationary bike
TOPS weigh in tonight. I was freaking out earlier today cuz the scale said 340. I pushes fluids all day and didn't eat dinner until after the meeting. Ended up weighing in the same as last week...334 1/4. I think the excess was my shoes, my sweatshirt, some water retention and weighing immediately after lunch with my husband. I can handle staying the same as long as it's not a gain, it's all good.
I think lack of weight loss is due to be a little careless with my diet this week and lack of exercise for four days in a row. I've got the saddle back on the horse other than my sub tonight so we'll see what next week brings.
