B: 2 granola bars  (I forgot my yogurt) L: Pasta  S: Salad D: Steak and potatoes

B: 1 scrambled egg, 1 sausage patty, 1/2c potato/zucchini hashbrowns L: 2tbsp mashed potatoes w/ 1tbsp gravy, 1/3c mostaccioli, 2 fried chicken legs (no crust), 1 pc angel food cake w/ whipped cream, bananas and fresh strawberries, 1 diet Dr. Pepper D: 1 fried chicken breast w/ crust S: 1 snack size hershey milk chocolate bar I'm really regretting the dinner right now...bad heartburn and rotten egg belches. It is just not sitting well with me at all. I should have never eaten the crust but it was sooo good. Won't be doing that again, tho. I don't like the price I have to pay for the pleasure. Exercise: 10 miles on stationary bike

B:  2 scrambled eggs       2 veggie sausage patties S:  LS V8       1 PS string cheese L:  salad with cucumbers, tuna       oil & vinegar dressing S:  string cheese       SF jello       cucumber and radishes D:  Olive Garden:       salad (no croutons)'       mixed grill....grilled chicken and steak with roasted zucchini S:  FF SF cheesecake with 1/2 cup strawberries

B:  Slimfast Protein Shake L:  2 Oh Yeah Protein Wafers S:  1 small cookie with snickers in it D:  2.4 oz Pork Loin and 2 T potatoes S:  2 T potatoes (boy were they good)  S:  4oz bariatric high protein jello with 3T cool whip and 2 strawberries 72oz Water

My food was typical 1/2 protein bar or protein drink every two-three hours. I did manage a small orange in the morning and a pb sandwich on 1 slice ezekial break late afternoon before swimming. 60 minutes of aqua aerobics + 30 minutes of lap swim! Few asanas in the morning.  sigh...i need to get back on with my yoga in the morning! Supper  :  (  huge due to being at 7:30 pm:  1.5 c mac/cheese/small bit of ham/salsa  + 1 svg tortilla chips + 1 small slice bread w/butter.  1/2 **** cream. Last three items UN-necessary! Had a small can of v-8 before bed.
