What did you eat today? 04/08
Went to the diner this afternoon and ordered a ham and cheese omelet and 2 sausage links. I ate about half.
I don't know if I'm going to be eating tonight. I dunno.. one of my sisters works in a restaurant only a couple of doors from her apartment where I'm staying tonight... so I may have the cook whip me up some sauteed broccoli.
No exercise except up and down stairs, in and out of the car.. blah blah.. Actually, I've been on the move from 5:00am each morning. So.. I don't know. There's a Gold's nearby and if the opportunity presents itself I'm gonna go for a sweaty workout.

Today:
1/2 protein bar
1 small orange + high protein raspberry tea
1 soy sloppy joe + 1/2 protein bar
late afternoon snack: 1/4 c baked chicken + 1 tsp mayo + 5 sugar free pickle chips + 10 soy chips
on the way to ball game after work at 5:15 = 1 protein bar
Late supper just now: 1.5 c pasta red sauce/hevay cream/parmesan cheese + 2 ounces grilled italian sausage + 5 large spears asparagus grilled + 1 large slice bread with butter
NO exercise - just chasing a baby around the game - all over the field.
B: 3/4 vanilla cinnamon instant oatmeal pkg, 1/8 orange
L: 4oz yogurt, 1/4c almonds, 1/2 apple, 30 grapes, 3/8 orange
D: 3oz baked parmesan whiting, 1/4c peas, 1/4c smashed buttered cauliflower
S: 1/4c almonds, 1 flavored water
Back on track today. I even exercised for the first time in 4 days (7 miles on the stationary bike). It feels soooo good. I got my water in, my exercise in, my food was good. I'm totally refreshed. It's wonderful, like a breath of fresh air.
