Hey everyone. Well I haven't posted in a while, but I am posting to be accountable. Last month was ok. The first of the month was good. I walked judiciously, but I backslid, and started eating uncontrollably/excessively for about 2 weeks. I had to stop because I was going in that unconcious cycle! I am still reflecting to see what the trigger was, cause this is not usual of me. I think it was a combination of boredom and anxiety. Apparently I need to "move around".

From that, I successfully gained 4lbs.

I am in the process of getting back on the grind. Lately I've been eating light, and now i have to build back up the "umph" to walk. I was so excited to be close to the 220s. Now I am giving myself constant woulda coulda shoulda monologues! That kills me stiff. Why do we repeat the same **** over and over again! Anyway.. turning over a new.

New addiction:
I've started drinking coffee.. chilled coffee at that - NO SUGAR!. This is a habit I did not want to adapt for a number of reasons, the main 2 is breathe and teeth health. We have this machine at work that makes these small cups based on flavors. My faves are Hazelnut and Mocha Fudge Nut. I never knew how good it tasted. It reminds me a strong dark chocolate. Which is why i like to drink it.

Guess that's it.

I'm going to do better.

I've become a barista lately myself, but I can't stand coffee...so I am crazy for tea! Not even real tea--- herbal tea! I like things like vanilla caramel with a splash of sugar free english toffee syrup, or raspberry zinger with a splash of lemon juice. No caffeine, no calories, and it helps keep things calm in my gut. Doesn't seem to have the staining properties that real tea and coffee have, thank goodness.

Hi Bud!!!!  LOL, found the java, eh????  I love strong black coffee, cold, hot, lukewarm.  No sugar, but once in a while i do like real cream! Yes, it hits that bitter button for me, just like chocolate, really (which I prefer bittersweet dark also) About once a week, i hit Starbucks and get a skinny latte - ff milk + sugar free syrup + strong coffee. I won't do it real often cuz I am cheap! man, those things are like 3-4 bucks each.  So, get all tightwad on yourself. make some at home and bring one thermos.  You can do it cheaper and better anyway!  I know you will get a hold of yourself!
