B: Yogurt (5pts) L: Lean Cuisine (6pts) S: 2 granola bars (4pts) D: Stew (10pts - I'm rounding up) Total: 25 pts Exercise - nothing.  I just have no motivation.

B: 8oz nf ns yogurt L: 1c lettuce, 1/4c shredded cheddar, 1tsp parmesan, 1/2c cottage cheese, dressing spray, 8oz nf ns yogurt D: small (approx 2oz) salmon patty, 1/4c creamed corn, 1/2c carrots S: 10 grapes, 1 lemon drop Exercise: nada...busy busy evening.

B:  3 slices turkey bacon S:  2 string cheese L:  2 oz turkey       1 oz LF swiss       2 slices WW bread       radishes S:  raw cauliflower with hummus       yogurt/jello dessert D:  salmon       steamed cauliflower       green beans S:  FF cheesecake dessert Weighed today....no loss this week....I'm bummed

Seriously I am supposed to walk every morning...I havent done it yet!!! I want to tho really bad but when the alarm goes off at 5:40am...I go PFFT! SNOOZE!  And yesterday I forgot my sweater at the hotel to go walk for lunch! TOday its raining....I have been doing my TurboJam every night tho so I am getting exercise so I am happy. Plus its only Tuesday :) And I am meeting new people and boys and MEN that want to hang out oh I will have to post those stories!!! OK so I ate L: Half of my salad, it had Blackened Chicken, pecans that I didnt eat, blue cheese that I didnt eat lol, tomato, lettuce, avacado, with raspberry vinagrette D: I REALLY REALLY wanted hot dogs. I ALWAYS have hot dogs when I am down here lol. I had a regular Chicago style and a chili cheese dog. Yea not healthy but I am ok with it... I have been going to bed a LITTLE earlier than normal to get up and walk....but i need to go to bed even EARLIER lol.  But I am having a good time so far.
