B: one fried egg, 1 sausage patty, 1pc whole grain butter toast L: 8oz nf ns yogurt, 1 orange, 1/3c almonds and pecans, 1 cheddar brat D: 4 onion rings, snack size popcorn chicken, 1tbsp honey mustard, 1/2 tropical smoothie S: 32 fritos (serving), 3/4 single serve can bean dip This weekend has been awful on the snacking. I have got to get a grip on this. Tomorrow morning is a fresh start for food and exercise (which I haven't done in 3 days). I've actually lost 1/2 pound in spite of it all. Thank the Lord for small blessings.

Hear ya there...snacking on weekends.  After all this time, for some reason, have the party 'tude on weekends...I try to make sure I can have some more discretionery calories and stay within bounds. I had a good Saturday this time - kind of underate, rather (ahem) hung over from Friday night antics. DH and I went out to supper, and i ate plenty but stuck to about half of what I was served.NO BOOZE! My Sunday: 2 eggs + 1 veg sausage + 1 c nf milk 2 hour bike ride with DD 1/2  protein bar on the ride After ride:  1 high fiber bread + 1/2 c bbq beef + 1/2 svg chips shopping!  Got a VERY CUTE swim suit at TJ MAXX - fuschia! 5:00 pm - here's where it kind of went bad, got tooo hungry! 1-2 servings flax chips + salsa 7:00 pm: 3 oz baked chicken + 1/2 c green bean casserole + 1/2 c cornbread stuffing + 3 crescent rolls with butter (BURP) + 1/4 **** cream + small slice blueberry crisp + milk Both DD's were over, one SIl, three GS! Rock n Roll.

Are you PMS/ stressed?

B: Toasted Easter bun with jam (yeah, they're nearly gone and YES, I am addicted to them) Cup of coffee

S: cup of tea

L: Apple, pear, cup of coffee

Second L: mulitgrain roll with 2 slices chicken meat and tomato relish

D: chicken, carrot, bok choy, mushroom, onion stirfry with soy sauce

S: cup of coffee

psyllium husk in water

 

Exercise:  exercise bike - not game to say exactly how long I sat on it!...  let's just say I needed my endorphins OK? *sigh*

My weight is somewhere between stable and losing. But I am about to go in to hospital so I imagine my weight will go nuts between lost skin and sitting about... who knows?

First of all... BETH stop Snacking!!!!

Are you PMS/ stressed? Yes Ma'am!!! No PMS but stress...that is a BIG possibility. We went to visit my schizophrenic uncle at the nursing home and he was DYING for fast food he said so he chose Sonic!!! Ugh! I was hoping for Wendy's so I could get chili or salad. Sonic's menu is awful hence the onion rings and popcorn chicken. The smoothie was just a bad judgement call. The good thing was 1/2 my onion rings and 1/2 my smoothie went to my DD's. I also gave a couple of pieces of chicken away and I ordered small sizes on everything.  The Frito's and bean dip came after my 15 old ran into and busted the glass church door last night after choir practice. Thank the Lord she wasn't hurt except for one small cut from helping clean up but I felt/ feel soooooooooooo bad about it. It's a costly expense our church just did not need right now and there's no way I can help them with the cost financially.. They were really great about it but it doesn't stop how I feel let alone my daughter who is extremely upset as well because she knows it was a stupid accident that resulted from her poor judgement.  So today is a new day.

Lets see....I was driving down to Chicago L: Large Sweet Tea from McDonalds and a bottle of water D: Half of my falafel sandwich and like 2 tbsp of hummus with a pita. 25 minutes of TurboJam :)
