B: 3 pcs bacon, 1 pc butter toast, 1 fried egg
L: 1/2 philly steak and cheese (no bun), 1/2 cup of chili w/ cheese
D: 3oz poached chicken, 1/2c corn/broccoli mix (buttered), 1 orange, 4oz yogurt
S: oreo ice cream bar, 1 starburst, TONS of popcorn (at least half of a HUGE bowl), 1 life water
Bad snacking day but hey, tomorrow's another day.
B: 2 slices multigrain toast- one no topping, one lite marg and vegemite. Scrambled eggs, baked beans and dry pan fried mushrooms. Coffee.
Psyllium husk in water
L: Pumpkin soup. Homemade Curried Beef and 1 tablespoon boiled rice. Stewed apple .and coffee flavoured low joule custard.
S: 2 cups tea
D: 1 cup approx diced rockmelon and kiwi fruit, approx 1/3 cup 97% fat free natural yoghurt, sprinkle of mixed grain cereal.
S #1: 8 rice crackers and salsa
S #2: 1 toasted Easter Bun (yeah, I know Easter is over but I LOVE them!) smear apricot jam
Resisted: offer of chocolate from chocolate box.
Exercise: 1 hr on exercise bike
