What did you eat today? 04/04
B: None got up late again. I do that alot because my hubby works evenings so we often don't get to bed until 2-3am.
L: 1c green beans, 3-4oz chicken and turkey, 8 mall popcorn shrimp no breading, 1c salad w/ tsp egg, 1tsp cheese and 2tzp ranch dressing
S: 8oz nf ns yogurt
D: 1c shrimp teriyaki stir fry, 1/2c lf cottage cheese
S: orange
Exercise: None after all. Cleaned my kitchen and said nuh uh. So I guess today is rest day.

Kind of grazed all day.....
Eggbeater omelet with broccoli
Morningstar breakfast sausage
2 oz LF swiss
3 oz turkey breast
FF "cheesecake"
celery with hummus
15 almonds
roasted chicken
SF jello with FF whipped cream
Not enough veggies...need to go shopping
couple of pieces of roast beef
couple of pieces of sliced turkey
went to my favorite diner in Hackensack.. sat by myself nice and quiet and had 2 cups of coffee, hamburger patty and 2 over easy eggs with a side of broccoli.
Haven't had a chance yet to find the gym.. I walked up and down the hills by Hackensack Med... I like that walk ... feels good on the butt muscles.
Friday food: high protein drink 1/2 hi prot bar 1 bag high protein pretzels drinking night: green olives + 1 flour tortilla + carne asada + couple bites of bean/avocado dip on ritz crackers + 2 shots cabo wabo + 6 beers (!) Dancing for 3 hours
1 am = 1 slice high pro bread + 1/4 c bbq beef = 1/2 svg potato chips
