Dying for salty things today!!
B: 3 slices turkey bacon
LS V8 juice
L: 3 slices all beef bologna (not the best choice)

Raked yard, washed and rehung curtains today....that was my exercise....sunny here and 56!!
Before work: 15 minutes crunches on my ball, push ups, asanas

After work: 1.25 hours hard fast bike ride in big hills (did one of my usual routes, but way faster - wind at my back going out, thought I was hot **** until coming home when it was in my face the whole way back!)

Supper: pho (asian noodles 1/2 c + snow peas/carrots/green onions/hot peppers/cabbage/cilantro in golden curry sauce coconut milk) + shrimp kababs wrapped in bacon - grilled.

TOPS weigh in tonight.....lost another 2 pounds...total 39 now.
45 minute walk. I haven't walked more than 15 minutes in a loooonnnnng time. I figured if I could ride my stationary bike 10 miles, I could walk 2 miles. HAAAAA! Hardest exercise I've done yet. lol
