Are u down a pound, neen???? Me: 8:30 am weighed in today: UP one more pound - w.t.f. depressed big time. Almost felt like throwing in the towel, and doing what pleases me. I was trying to eat a little bit more on heavy exercise days, that did not work. I bet last week vaca eating did not help me, though i swear to you all, i was very good on portions - never got over full, no mindless snacks. Drank hardly no booze. Walked every day. No WAY did I eat an extra 3500 calories overall in one week???? 500 extra cals every day???? So, back to micro managing. Really, I guess it may well be that portions may be off more than I think. I am going back and even editing my day reports if i eat more or forgot something. Just bummed. Really struggling here. rambling now.... high protein cappacino
1/2 high pro bar + small apple lunch on the run: high protein jalapeno mustard pretzels - yummmers! 2 tsp pb on 1 slice ezeke bread + 8 soy chips + diet soda 90 minutes swim class supper = 3 oz pork ribs + 1 small baked potato + fresh chives + 2 cups very cool salad raddicchio/spinach/fennel sliced/beets/red onion/small shakes of balsamic vinegar After supper, decided to take measurements on several areas of my body. Maybe something is going better than I think - inches, please??????
