B:  scrambled eggs (egg beaters)       3 slices turkey bacon S:  LS V8 juice       2 wedges LF LC cheese L:  turkey chili leftovers (that's the last of it) S:  LF plain yogurt with handfull blueberries and splenda       2 slices LF swiss D:  small steak       steamed asparagus       eggplant (haven't decided how I'm gonna do it yet) S:  SF jello with LF whipped cream

ground sausage with some egg 1 serving of shaved turkey I'm cooking chicken now. Ok... I woofed down a chicken leg and picked quite a bit of white meat.. and ... I'm still hungry?  I dunno.. sumfin's going on in there.. it's growling.  Maybe I'll have 11 macadamias to shut it up if it won't let me sleep. Exercise... 1 hour and some lady who said I remind her of the biggest loser..  it's like "Mind your own freakin' cardio"

Are u down a pound, neen???? Me: 8:30 am weighed in today:  UP one more pound - w.t.f.  depressed big time. Almost felt like throwing in the towel, and doing what pleases me. I was trying to eat a little bit more on heavy exercise days, that did not work.  I bet last week vaca eating did not help me, though i swear to you all, i was very good on portions - never got over full, no mindless snacks.  Drank hardly no booze. Walked every day. No WAY did I eat an extra 3500 calories overall in one week???? 500 extra cals every day???? So, back to micro managing. Really, I guess it may well be that portions may be off more than I think. I am going back and even editing my day reports if i eat more or forgot something. Just bummed. Really struggling here. rambling now.... high protein cappacino

1/2 high pro bar + small apple lunch on the run:  high protein jalapeno mustard pretzels - yummmers! 2 tsp pb on 1 slice ezeke bread + 8 soy chips + diet soda 90 minutes swim class supper = 3 oz pork ribs + 1 small baked potato + fresh chives + 2 cups very cool salad raddicchio/spinach/fennel sliced/beets/red onion/small shakes of balsamic vinegar After supper, decided to take measurements on several areas of my body. Maybe something is going better than I think - inches, please??????
