Hey Christa.. this is going to sound a tad messy and a little gross... BUT  (you knew there would be a but of some sort  (_o_) <--but) You can use less dressing if you take a small portion of it and actually rub it in your salad...   another thing I do is cut the lettuce up.. put the portion of dressing that I want, then put a paper towel mostly over the bowl to protect one hand while mixing vigourously with the other.   Nothing comes flying out of the bowl.. I'm not sitting there with icky dressing on my hands.. and the mission is accomplished.  I sure use a HECK of a lot less this way.

Hmm thanks. I will have to try this!!! I don't use much dressing in the first place but hey if I can cut it out any more is always good :)  Thank you!!!!!

Lori- I knew you were ribbing us - no WAY di you eat that stuff.  Me? 1/2 protein bar 1 hot choc high protein lunch on the run:  sour cream hi pro chips + apple slices + apple juice (4 ounces carton) 1/2 protein bar other half later 45 minute walk, 5 minutes asanas in the morning 1/4 c cottage cheese + 1/2 svg flax chips Supper:  1.5 c tuna casserole - heavy on veggies (mushrooms, red bell, peas, carrots, celery, green onion) + 1 slice hi fiber bread w/butter EDIT:  chocolate - 4 ounces.  dammit anyway

"Lori- I knew you were ribbing us" Oh yea.. I had them too...  a whole rack of pork ribs w/hickory smoke bbq sauce w/vidalia onions... cooked until the sauce is carmelized and the meat fell off the bones..  with a side of mashed potatoes smothered in butter w/extra salt..

I got back on program yesterday (no joke)

B: skim milk with cornflakes (4 pts)
S: 1 pear (0)
L: 4 slices of superdark whole bread (4)
with chicken and cheese (4)
D: chili con carne (lean beef and beans and all kinds of vegetables) (10)
S: fatfree chocolate mousse (2)
S: gingerbread with sugarfree jam (2)

total 26 pts (can have 29)

Exercise: I signed up at the gym yesterday! Did an endurance test in total I did 45 mins of hard cardio

Good day!
Now hopefully today is as good. It is only 8 am here and I already feel like eating.....

D: three pieces pizza, one dessert stick, two handfuls of popcorn.  

Slapping the hand...I know.
