B.. 3 pancakes with whipped cream and strawberry syrup L.  2 Checkers cheeseburgers and a chili cheese dog with a large chocolate shake D.  Veal Parmejiana w/spaghetti and a large serving of Tira Misu for dessert APRIL FOOLS!!!!! b.  a portion of scrambled eggs w/ground sausage and cheese l.  1 oz provolone and about 2.5 oz hillshire farm beef summer sausage D.  I made the kids dinner...  hmm.. maybe Jon and I will have eggs.. maybe I'll make his with sausage and peppers Exercise. 1 hour of cardio interval... 1 hour of weights

Hey Janina, Are you sure that a mini twix is 100 calories?  Sheesh, that seems high.  I know that a mini reeses peanut butter cup is 42 calories, about 1 point.  Don't cheat yourself!!! 40 minutes elliptical this morning -- no circuit, did weights yesterday B:  2 "fried" eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon, slice oat nut bread, 3 sips of coffee (was TOO hot) L:  3 turkey meatballs (homemade by yours truly), 1/2 cup marinara sauce (homemade of course), 1 cup brussel sprouts, orange Afternoon snack:  shhhhhhhhhhh reeses mini (I know, I know, i gave the rest away to others in the office, no more in my ofice.  I thought having a nice jar of easter candy would be good.  But it's not, damnit!!!!) D:  3 oz chicken breast, immunity boost vegetables  Evening snack:  banana yogurt w/strawberries Calories   1393   carbs 142 gm    59 gm fat    75 gm protein

OK lets see. L: I went to my parents house. Looked in the fridge for something worth eating. There were these mini bagels in there I mean like SMALL! lol. I toasted one up, slapped some Light miracle whip on it, little bit of turkey, half a slice of cheese some mustard and a piece of bacon....I ate half of it and gave the other half to the dog. D: I am currently right now @ 9:30pm which I dont like to eat past 7 but I get really MEAN when I dont eat while taking these pills I mean really MEAN! lol. So I needed food. I ordered a bottle of water and a blt chicken salad from Wendys with low fat honey mustard dressing....dumbasses gave me FULL FAT FULL calorie honey mustard!!!! I am using it..I will probably eat 3/4 of the salad...no croutons.
