BREAKFAST
Bowl 97% fat free cereal mix, skim milk
Coffee
1st LUNCH
2 kiwi fuits
1 green apple
1 red apple
cup tea
2nd LUNCH
Multigrain roll
2 slices 97% fat free ham
Lettuce
whole grain mustard
tomato (whole one sliced up!)
PRE-DINNER NIBBLE
handful of nut, dried fruit and rice crackers mix
psyllium husk in water
DINNER
lean beef, snowpea and mushroom stir fry with garlic, soy and ginger sauce
AFTER DINNER
1 Guylian chocolate truffle
1 cup coffee
Cup tea
WORKOUT
120 minutes on exercise bike
Morning: did not feel too great, but no work at least! 1/2 protein bar too much coffee very late lunch after hair appointment: leftover lousiana spiced shrimp & tons of veggie stir fry - about 1.5 cups 90 minutes of swimming!!!!! 7 full laps after class, 10 minutes warm up before class. 1/2 protien bar after class on the way to music lesson supper at 8:00 pm: 1 c rice + 1 chicken sausage + bits of chicken thigh + fried okra + 1/2 c red beans + 1 slice high fiber bread w butter + 2 cookies It was Louisana spiced day!
