B. I fried up some ground sausage and dropped three eggs in there.. scrambled and topped with cheddar... then gave Jon the better part of it.
L. 1.75 oz hillshire farms beef summer sausage & 1 oz provolone
D. 2 chicken thighs done w/garlic, oregano & romano and 2 broccoli florets (picked off what I made for Jon). I made the kids boneless, skinless thighs oven fried in olive oil.
I'm having a snack of sugar free jello with some cream cheese mixed in topped with sf whipped cream.. <-- this really tastes so evil.. it's hard to believe that it's "allowed".
Exercise. Got an hour of interval .. and then... TANNED! Bought myself a new tanning lotion at the overpriced concession counter at the gym.. .

Good for you with that exercise! I told myself once I got done with Phase 1 I would start too....guess there's no more excuses.
6:00 a.m. 40 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes weight circuit. I upped most of my weights by 2-4 pounds.
