B.  I fried up some ground sausage and dropped three eggs in there.. scrambled and topped with cheddar...   then gave Jon the better part of it. L.  1.75 oz hillshire farms beef summer sausage & 1 oz provolone D.  2 chicken thighs done w/garlic, oregano & romano and 2 broccoli florets (picked off what I made for Jon).  I made the kids boneless, skinless thighs oven fried in olive oil. I'm having a snack of sugar free jello with some cream cheese mixed in topped with sf whipped cream.. <-- this really tastes so evil.. it's hard to believe that it's "allowed". Exercise.  Got an hour of interval .. and then... TANNED!  Bought myself a new tanning lotion at the overpriced concession counter at the gym.. .

D:  4 oz. broiled orange roughy with salsa       salad with garbanzo beans       steamed broccoli S:  SF jello with FF whipped cream

Good for you with that exercise!  I told myself once I got done with Phase 1 I would start too....guess there's no more excuses.

B: got up late L: grilled turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato sandwich w/no bread, 1/2c cottage cheese, 6 wheat club crackers S: 1/4c walnuts D: 1/2c boiled chicken breast and veggie mix w/ soy sauce and chicken boullion Exercise: I DON'T WANNA DO IT!!!!!!!!!

6:00 a.m. 40 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes weight circuit.  I upped most of my weights by 2-4 pounds.  B:  2 hard boiled eggs, weight control maple and brown sugar oatmeal, 1 tbsp. flax seed, cup of coffee w/ sugar free creamer Morning snack: banana L:  WW chicken quesadilla, green giant steamed vegetables, Ka****rail mix granola bar Afternoon snack: 90 calorie yogurt and 1/4 cup of granola D:  4 oz fresh salmon, brussel sprouts, 1 slice Rye bread Evening snack:  1 cup strawberries w/ light whipped cream Total: 1394 calories   168 gm carbs   54 gm fat  78 gm protein
