That bad, ay Janina?
Today so far:
2 egg patties (frozen 60 cal ea) w/shredded cheddar on 'em
2 slices (about 1 oz) of beef summer sausage
1.5 oz provolone
Ok.. dinner... sliced up some of that leftover steak from yesterday and threw it in a frying pan w/ 4 eggs and some 4 cheese mexican. Gave Jon the better of it... I'm stuffed with what I had.
Later I might have either an ounce or two of provolone (I finally found some in Kroger!) or I'll have a sf jello with sf whipped cream.. i dunno.. we'll see.
I did almost 3 miles... interval... (uphill at a 15 every 5 minutes for 2 minutes). Got tanning bed time! I'm a crispy critter!!
I walked the mall (I hate shopping). I got Jon a few new shirts in Penney'**** GNC then I looked in Cato and the sporting good store and Ross and Old Navy and manged two shirts that I think are going to be returned. I just don't know how to shop anymore!!! I keep hitting the 3x racks.. I find something I can live with and Jon says "3x... I don't THINK so"... then I put it back. He thinks I'm going to try to gain the weight back just to find clothes again. Ut uh.. I told him I'd wear a toga made from a bedsheet FIRST! lol

Janina, sorry to hear about your bad date. I am glad it was only bad enough to laugh about tho. lmao. Beth
Bad day with the deserts. Pot luck at church then the youth had a bake auction so everywhere I turn all day, some body has cake or cookies and I guess I just didn't have to power to say no today. Shame on me.
Spill, Neen! c'mon, we can all use a laugh.
Today so far:
hearty breakfast: 2 slices 12 grain toast w/butter + 1 egg + 2 soy sausage patties + 1.5 c nf milk
Insert here: 4 hour urban hike!
On the hike pitstop at Starbucks: 1/2 protein bar + 1 skinny cinn dolce latte
2:24 snack: lentil soup with spinach leaves in it
EDIT: ate all bran crakers, 1 svg with soup
two cookies + 1 c nf milk, ergo NO potato caserole for me tonight!
Planned supper: bbq beef on roll, potato casserole, broccoli
Okay, so we went to the Melting Pot, this fondue place (chain restaurant). The guy seemed nice (hooked up through a friend). He dropped food covered in cheese on himself a good 4-6 times during the evening, talked about nothing but cars and wanted to know if I'd ever have a change of heart and want to become a mechanic. Um... no. Thank you god I met him there, so I had my own car. When we left the restaurant, he wanted to meet up at a movie theatre down the block. In my mind I was like "Nuh-uh..." but I told him yes, and got in my car and high-tailed it outta there. He called my cell a few times and I haven't picked up. All I can do is laugh about it. :)
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Did he have a clean shirt in his car to cover the cheese stains?
There's only one thing that helps a date like that.. and for that particular one, I don't think I could consume THAT much alcohol. I gotta tell ya.. someone, somewhere along the line is gonna ask why you bolted (LoL.. I did that once or twice).

Hey....my kids and grandkids took me to the Melting Pot in Nashville for my 60th birthday....fun place, but that doesn't sound like a fun time. A mechanic? He's got to be kidding.
Hi Janina
