So far 6 miles with only a pee break. That's a record for me. My last record was 5 miles. gonna do another 4 later this evening.  I just looked at a calorie burn calculator and RMR calculator. According to their figures, I burn 914 calories for my 10 miles and 2145 for a standard resting metabolic rate for a total of 3049 calories burned a day. I eat approximately 1200-1500 a day so I now understand my rapid weight loss. I'll accept it for as long as it last. I'm enjoying it.

Hi Beth, 6 miles to where?? LOL Is it biking or walking?? I went to the gym this morning for Super Saturday!!  We had another exercise room built at the other branch that I don't go to so they had a grand opening where they offered all of the group exercise classes for the day.  So I did my 35 minutes on the elliptical and then took the 60 minute weight lifting class.
