I didn't eat ice cream for dinner last night.  I had a hamburger.  I had a change of heart and decided I should eat a real meal.

Exercise: I wore my sneakers to work today and my ankle is killing me.  Maybe I'll just walk slow, with my crocs on.

I'm starting to wonder if those shoes just aren't for you! I say wear what works. I LOVE my Crocs (and I despise shoes), and have thought also to wear them on the treadmill. I have a tendency to lean in my tennies and after I walk for so long it hurts my feet..they cramp up. They do it even on the bike, lol I swear I need some kind of special shoes. But I have found that wearing my slippers while I ride my bike is my answer. Not too many cramps at all. I know you have a different problem than mine, but I say if it works..why not! Give your crocs a try, I think it might be comfy personally. Once your owie is gone maybe use your ankle strap part to make sure they don't fall off of your feet so you can go at a faster pace. It's worth a shot! lol Think I'll give it a try too. :)

S: plain yogurt with cinnamon  

L:  chicken salad with 2tbsp lf dressing

S:  celery with hummus

D: sirloin steak  with steamed broccoli and cauliflower with laughing cow (mock potatoes).

S:  Think I might experiment a little.  soy milk, sf flavoring, and maybe peanut butter possibly.  and freeze in hopes of some kind of moc**** cream or at least a smoothie!

Kind of just grazed all day..... 2 scrambled eggs 2 slices turkey bacon LF plain yogurt with splenda and cinnamon 3 oz turkey 1 oz LF swiss cheese cauliflower with hummus hard boiled egg 15 almonds FFyogurt and SF jello dessert steamed broccoli Gonna have another serving of the yogurt/jello dessert later

Today:  1 hi pro cappacino 1 - svg hi pro cereal + 1/2 c soy milk Lunch:  1/2 avocado + 1/4 c cottage cheese + 1 svg hi pro bolognese pasta 1/2 Premium Protein bar 2 hours later, the other half 6:30 pm:  1/2 svg flax chips + 1/4 c salsa + 1/4 c cottage cheese + 1 stiff gin and diet tonic Planned: 2 more stiff gin/diet tonics EDIT:  make that 3 more (hic) scallop/shrimp stir fry tons of veggies + brown rice EDIT:  this was awesome - DH creation of jamaican jerk seasoning - included diced sweet potatoes, red bell, carrots, mushrooms.

Please tell me more about the high pro cappacino.  It sounds yummy.  Do you buy it or do you have a special recipe?

that is from www.carbessentials.net I beleive it is Protidiet brand.  80 calories. They have a store in town. I do make my own out of choclate Wellements powder + coffee sometimes, too. Mix up the powder in cold water, then put into coffee.

B: 1/2 biscuit w/ 1/2c gravy, 4pcs bacon L: 2pc very thin turkey D: 6" in turkey sub w/ lf mayo, honey oat bread, veggies, 36 mini pretzels, 3tbsp fiesta ranch dip, 1 pudding cup That's it for the day cuz supper was way off base. Exercise: 10 miles on the stationary bike
