B: Yogurt (4pts) S: Orange (1pt) L: Smart one (8pts)    Granola Bar (2pts) D: I'm craving ice cream, so I'm going to use my dinner calories  and have some ice cream instead.  I'm going to hell in a handbasket, I know...

Exercise - none - Tomorrow!  Keep your fingers crossed!!

a spoonful of eggs this morning..  and I stuck my finger in the cream cheese when making Jon's lunch. a mouthful of sugar free whipped cream from the can (well... I think that's how much landed in my mouth.. the rest was in my daughter's hair I think) 1.5 or 2 oz of hillshire farm beef summer sausage another ounce or so of the beef summer sausage 1 sugar free jello w/sugar free whipped cream Shrimp, scallops and broccoi sauteed in olive oil, butter and minced garlic.  Didn't weigh, measure or count.. I can only guess.  It was good... and I feel a tad guilty...  did an hour of interval and an hour on legs w/Andrew

B: 4-4" pcs bacon cooked crispy L: 2pc provolone, 4 very thin slices turkey lunchmeat, 1/2c lf cottage cheese D: 6 meatballs w/ 1/4c diced tomatoes, 1/4c fried corn, 1/4c sauteed zuchini S: edit: 1 apple, 1/2oz beef jerky, 3/4oz almonds Exercise: edit:10 miles on stationary bike. EDIT: I went to TOPS and lost a whopping 3/4 pound. I'll take it!!!!!!! I don't care how much I lose as long as I lose. lol I also won the monthly fruit basket for being the best loser of the month with 11.75 pounds lost in 4 weeks!!!!! Woohoo!!!!!

B:  2 slices turkey bacon L:  leftover spaghetti squash casserole with cheese (all gone now)      1/2 cup PS ricotta cheese with splenda and cinnamon S:  1 string cheese       hard boiled egg       1 slice LF swiss cheese D:  (out to dinner tonight at Carraba's)       salad with grilled chicken, roasted eggplant, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts S:  SF jello with FF whipped cream

Yep.. you and me both baby!  We committed some serious evil between your ice cream and my fat.  I feel like I downed a vat of saturated fat!  The beef summer sausage and that butter.. OMG... I also had a couple of slices of turkey today I forgot about! SHEESH!

B:  Nothing (got caught up in work) L:  PB & J sandwich       Baked Lays       Gala apple       5 starburst fruit chews S:  2 Wasa crackers + 1 wedge laughing cow cheese D:  Tumbleweed -- half of a grilled chicken (buffalo) wrap that had spinach, tomatos and the chicken in it -- dipped in a very small amount of chipotle ranch        Probably literally about 4-5 french fries       Twisted Tea (their version of an LIT)

Fud: high protein cappacino 1 small piece pie (made of egg whites, oreos, real whip cream - like 4 bites) Lunch:  2 tsp pb + 2 slices ezeke bread + 1 high protein berry drink

snack: 1 svg high protein/high fiber cereal later on snack: 1/2 svg flax chips After work: 1.5 hour bike ride in big hills

Supper: 1 bun+ 3 oz bbq beef + 1/2 c corn + tomatoes + snap peas

I ate:

B: Skim Milk with oatmoal and cinnamon
S: apple and 1 slice of fatfree gingerbread
L: 3 slices of bread, 1 with ham, 1 with chocolate spread and 1 with filet americain
S: home made tomato soup and gingerbread
D: leftover pasta so I made a cold pasta salad with macaroni, ham, onion, tomato, corn, pickle, apple and lowfat dressing YUM
S: WW bar

a little over my points, not much. No Exercise, but will go swimming at the crack of dawn tomoorw LOL
