Fud: high protein cappacino 1 small piece pie (made of egg whites, oreos, real whip cream - like 4 bites) Lunch: 2 tsp pb + 2 slices ezeke bread + 1 high protein berry drink
snack: 1 svg high protein/high fiber cereal later on snack: 1/2 svg flax chips After work: 1.5 hour bike ride in big hills
Supper: 1 bun+ 3 oz bbq beef + 1/2 c corn + tomatoes + snap peas
I ate:
B: Skim Milk with oatmoal and cinnamon
S: apple and 1 slice of fatfree gingerbread
L: 3 slices of bread, 1 with ham, 1 with chocolate spread and 1 with filet americain
S: home made tomato soup and gingerbread
D: leftover pasta so I made a cold pasta salad with macaroni, ham, onion, tomato, corn, pickle, apple and lowfat dressing YUM
S: WW bar
a little over my points, not much. No Exercise, but will go swimming at the crack of dawn tomoorw LOL
