Moving to lose 3/27

So how are you going to move to lose today? Well this morning I put in my 1 mile Leslie Sansone DVD.  This afternoon I am going to finish up with strength training using a resistance band and 6 exercises my exercise physiologist has given me. Since I have already done my DVD, I'm planning on doing 2 sets of these exercises.

Already rode 3.5 miles on my stationary bike. I am aiming for for 2 more rides of 2-3.5 miles before days end. edit: just did 4 miles more; total 7.5 miles edit: did another 2.5 miles; total 10 miles

Did 10 miles Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 3.5 miles on Wednesday. It's an awesome feeling to be able to do that. It takes me about 3 go rounds a day to get it in but I make it.

An hour of interval on the treadmill and an hour with my trainer on legs and butt.  I really should get up and clean the house.. I could make an exercise out of THAT.
