No, I didn't.  I haven't had a chance to go to a store.  I figured I'd just use old school band aids on Friday and some thick socks and strap my feet in tight, so my shoes don't get a chance to rub much.  We'll see how that goes.

So far... Around 2:00pm I had a hamburger patty with TWO over easy eggs and 1 slice of tomato.  Needless to say.. I didn't get too much of that yolk.. mostly the whites!  lol I don't know .. I still have so much leftover ham in there and I can't eat it.....  so I'll give that to the other freakazoids and I'll have some scrambled eggs.. or... tuna...  probably eggs. Oops.. almost forgot the exercise. 1 hour of interval training on the treadmill. Editing to include dinner and snack: I did have eggs and peppers for dinner around 8:00pm I woke up feeling snacky at 3:30am.. I grabbed mozarella stick and 2 pieces of salami.

Olive Garden is one place i can eat healthy - lunch anyway! Try the soup (not the cream potato one)  and salad, with lower fat dressing.  ONE breadstick, dammit.
