What did you eat today? 03/26
B: 1pc 12 grain toast w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
L: 4 very thin slices turkey lunch meat, 1 american cheese slice, 1pc bacon, 20 grapes
S: 3pc licorice, 2 fig newtons, 10 jelly beans (went to my mom's...ugh junk food central)
D: 2c shrimp stir fry
S: 1c lettuce w/ 4 grape tomatoes and 1/4c cheese, salad spritzer
Exercise: so far walked about 1/4 mile (I hate walking) and league bowling (3 games), 3.5 miles on stationary bike
Yesterday I met my weekly challenge of 10 miles on the stationary bike. I actually did 10.5 miles. I was glad it was over but it felt so good to have done it.
