What did you eat today? 03/25
B: two eggs and two pieces turkey bacon
S: cheese chips, soy latte
L: left overs from last night..hamburger, tomato, red pepper, asparagus
S: more cheese chips..think I found my SB addiction..can be a trigger food possibly. I'm really liking the crunchiness of this. Might have to hide the string cheese if I keep it up!
D: piece of chicken, salad, and spaghetti squash (not sure how I'm cooking it yet)
S: not sure yet.

Felt like I had a very "out of control" day. Not happy with myself today at all. Felt like I was bingeing within program.
OK don't be spooked by my dutch day of eating (high carb LOL but totally WW)
B: 300 ml fatfree milk wih oatmeal (spelling...sorry) and some raisins and cinnamon
Snack: 1 pear
L: 2 bowls of homemade tomateo vegetable soup (0 points)
3 slices of bread (thin) 1 with low fat cheese, 2 with chicken and tomato
1 glass of skim fruit milk
snack: 1 rice cracker and 1 apple
dinner: macaroni with ham, bell peppers, onion and tomato garlic sauce
All in all I am within my 28 points, even have some room left for dessert
