No, they keep coming off in the shower.  They're just so sensitive to pressure.  I really ripped them raw.  Do you think it's cause my shoes weren't on tight enough and they had the chance to rub?  I just bought these shoes - they're New Balance - good shoes.  $75 at Bob's.

That's a possibility...  I know if I try to do the treadmill with my usual sneaks (the ones I have on in my avatar).. I rip like crazy.. but I do really well with the New Balance walking shoes..   I got them online at Brown's (I'm like a WW so it's hard to find the width).

Yanno.. you've lost quite a bit of weight... have you been measured lately?  How do they feel.. do you feel your heel slipping in them?  Also, what kind of socks are you using? Are they thick or thin... do they cover your achilles?

B.. none..  was short of time and was going to have a good workout...so.. eating beforehand isn't wise for me. L.  Um.. OOH.. I had a can of tuna with mayo!  I was so in the mood for tuna and it's been ages.  It wasn't one of those little single serve cans, and not the big can.  It was the normal size can.. yanno.. D.  A turkey leg from a "petite" turkey (it was so cute)... and I'll see what's what later.  Maybe I'll hit up some leftover broccoli or make a couple of deviled eggs out of the Easter eggs.. we'll see. Ok.. edited to include:  4 pieces of salami and 1 mozarella string cheese thingie and 1 teaspoon of cream cheese...   :(  I got hungry  .   I didn't have the deviled eggs or broccoli though Exercise.. <-- this is good an hour of interval cardio then a solid hour of weight training, then another 30 minutes of interval cardio.. Then.. I TANNED!

This sucker was so cute that it fit in my big crockpot.  I've never seen a turkey which had "petite" printed on it's label. Yea.. it was cute...    Tasty too!!!!!

Janina, the drug store sells a product called "new skin" I believe it is. It is supposed to help with things like your ankle. Might be worth a try. Next time, you might want to try to tie your shoes a little tighter and wear a pair or two of THICK socks. Might make your feet sweat but better to sweat than blister. B: 1pc pb toast on 12 grain bread, 8oz lf ns yogurt S: orange L: Forgot to eat D: 6 medium shrimp, 1c broccoli, 1/2c fresh pineapple S: hmmmm...gonna have to think about this one...think I will have....grapes and kiwi about 1/2-1c Exercise: 5 miles on my stationary bike....I want to do another 5 later but I don't know if I will manage or not. We'll see.

Hi Guise!  Glad to be back from vaca! I had one other bad food choice day - the others were actually very good. Great news:  no snacking, only meals and lots of veggies/fresh fruits.  Only a couple alcoholic drinks per day. Today was one of the worser days for food intake, but I WILL live and not be so bad off. Assload of coffee + 2 pieces low cal, high fiber bread + 2 tsp pb + 6 oz nf milk buffet lunch at an Indian casino: VERy unlike my usual pattern:  note the sweets here, whoa! 1 small hamburger + 1 slice swiss cheese + 1 tsp thousand + 2 bites potato salad + 4 bites red potatoes + 2 bites broccoli salad + TWO banana cupcakes home made, worth every bite + 1 small piece of lemon thing + coffee Planned for later: water fruit snap peas, tomatoes and cottage cheese/  i am still disgustingly full.
