B: Granola bar (2pts) L: 1/4 greek salad (4pts) (I'm rounding up)    Smart one (5pts) S: Orange (1pt)    1/2 cup yogurt (2pts) D: Ham (5pts)     String bean Cassarole (4pts)

Total: 23pts

Exercise: Don't know if I'll do any.  The skin got completely rubbed off the backs of my ankles so I'm hurting.  Don't know if bandaids will provide enough buffering.  We'll see.  I might. Think my shoes weren't on tight enough?

Ouch!  Maybe you should use another pair of shoes for a while and break these ones in while just doing normal stuff for a while.  I hate new shoes, I hate shoes.lol  Shoes and me do NOT get along.  I even wore flip flops with my white wedding dress!hehe  Ewwww shoes.

I'll edit this later and put on my food.

You might need a good pair of walking shoes.  I have a decent pair of sneakers for everything else, but I did the treadmill ONE time in them and was blistered badly.  I use a pair of New Balance walking shoes for the treadmill and gym and since.. I've had absolutely no problems.

Oh gosh.. got a late start with eating.  Had to have my daughter at the doc at 8:30 am.. so was in a rush to shower, make Jon's meals for work, get the kid up, iron... .. blah blah.   I ate my first meal BEFORE I worked out.. which is something I don't like to do.. hamburger patty and an egg over easy on it around 11:00am No dinner yet.....  there's leftover turkey in there..I dunno.. I'll fill it in later..  For now I'm having a cup of coffee with splenda and sugar free french vanilla. I did interval on the treadmill today for an hour.  Um... 3.0 at 1.5 incline and every 5 minutes I move it to 2.5 on the speed and max the incline at 15 for 2 minutes.  GREAT workout for the butt!!  GREAT sweat but my heart rate was at max for my age... I'm just too bored to do it at the low end of the heart rate zone. That's it.. oh. and I tanned (hey.. it takes effort to take my clothes off and put 'em back on).  Tomorrow I train. Ok..  edited to add a bunch of stuff I ate after I posted: 245 cal worth of shaved turkey had some leftover chicken.. warmed that up and nipped on that about 2 oz of leftover turkey 1 oz macadamia nuts 1/4 c. of low carb pudding (this should have been a no - no)
