Help! Cinnabon Latte is calling my name!

My sweet hubby brought home three or four different flavors of latte.  They are a new product from work.  He and I sipped a taste of one or two.  They were delicious.  In the past I would not bat an eye at having 190 calories of Starbuck's coffee from the store.  But 32 g of carbohydrates and 30 g of sugar are not in my plan. Anyhow, I guess I need to find a friend who likes these.  It is tempting to have around here.  Our younger son has been drinking them and he doesn't need the sugar or the caffeine. Does anyone have a good recipe for vanilla or cinnamon vanilla latte that I can use to make a sugar-free version?

First of all you can buy sugar free syrups. Starbucks or any coffee shops will have them also. Like me, I always get a sf vanilla or hazelnut soy latte, or nf latte if they don't have soy.

If you want even less carbs there is also a milk out that is really low on carbs. I can't remember the name of it. But they won't have that at starbucks. You can also ask for DECAF latte's, they don't have to be regular ones. They can pretty much set ya up any way you want them.

Mmmmm four of them all at once..I would be in heaven! :) hehe I'm such a REALLY bad addict!!

Sorry forgot to mention that you need to have a espresso machine if you want to make them at home, that way you can froth the milk and make the espresso.  Store bought ones are wayyyy better I think.  If you ever find a machine that works as good as in the coffee shops, let me know! :)

I went to a health food store today and found and bought some stevia flavors for coffee. Unfortulately, the flavored syrups either have splenda or sugar in them.  I am avoiding the carbs for glucose and weight reasons, and the Splenda and Equal because of the other health issues that can be aggravated by them. Maybe I will bring my flavored stevia with me if I want a gourmet coffee.  Right now I will experiment at home with the stuff.
