I prepared brunch for my family today and ate too much....all legal and within limits, but it's amazing how my stomach has shrunk this week and I felt full after one plate of food.  Didn't enter in the Daily Plate today...made things that were hard to figure out.  The thing that tempted me the most was the fresh fruit salad I made...wow, I'm missing my fruit.  B:  1 slice turkey bacon       1/2 cup PS ricotta, splenda, cinnamon       radishes, tomatoes, cauliflower (nibbling while doing my veggie plate)       6 oz FF milk L:  (Brunch)       small slice crustless Asparagus and Mushroom Quiche  (yummy)       small slice crustless Broccoli and Mushroom Quiche (even better)       raw veggies with Spinach Artichoke dip (from Phase 1 recipe list)       2 chicken/turkey breakfast sausage (couldn't tell the difference than regular) S:  2 more breakfast sausages       15 almonds D:  more quiche and veggies and dip Weigh in tomorrow for week one!

I HATE jelly beans.......because they are so damn sweet! B: Yogurt, 1/2c fried polish sausage...jelly beans (about 10) L: 3oz buffalo chicken strips, 2c salad w/cheese, peppers, radishes, tomatoes, spray dressing S: Mini choc bar, butterfinger choc stick (90 cal), JELLY BEANS! (about 30) D: Meat and veggies from Wendy's Jr Cheese Deluxe, 2/3 small chili, 4 saltines S: 1oz cheese, 10 sweet tarts and 2 bottle caps...damn candy I have had so much sugar that I am craving it again. I can't wait until it's ALL gone!!!!!!! I wish them girls would eat faster. It's TOM and I am so bloated with water weight that I have gained 5 pounds in water weight since Thursday. It's gotta be water weight because I haven't changed my diet. I don't know. I'm upping the water, lowering the sugar and upping the protein to see what happens.

So I pack up my laundry basket and I am like ok I have no quarters I will go to my parents since I am going over there anyways. Pfft...my mom is doing laundry ALL day she says Im like great so that is when I walk back to my car and let the tears fall because I am like great wtf am I gonna do...its easter barely anything is open! LMAO. I just got done pacinga few things and cleaning my apartment. I had to go pick up my rental car today also...which is nice its a MAlibu and  it has a kentucky plate on it and the inside I SWEAR smells like a porta pottie...like a clean one EW! Tomorrow I still have to hit up Walmart to get some cat food before I head off to the Illinois....I am going crazy over here. Oh and I already have appts. filling up for Saturday when I come home!

Slow down girl, and you got to do this how often?  Soon getting ready will be like the back of your hand, you'll do it in no time at all.  Drive careful!

B:  plain yogurt with cinnamon, string cheese, V8 juice

L:  4 deviled eggs, soy milk with cocoa

D:  ham, broccoli salad with balsamic dressing

S:  soy latte

S:  not sure yet, that pie sitting out there is killing me.  only thing that's stopping me is that they say it's too tart.  think it's helping knowing that, would hate wasting all of this over something that tastes yucky!  :)

I did go over in my milk, and lite mayo today.  Only suppose to eat two tbsp. of the mayo, probably doubled the milk.  Didn't do too bad over all considering the goodies around, I'll own it.

I'm a procrastinator like you.  Isn't it amazing though, we always manage to get everything done, but stress ourselves to the max doing it. Have fun in Chicago with that new do!!
