At 7:15 I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then took my 60 minute weight lifting class. B: 3 eggs, 3 slices Turkey Bacon, 1 slice oat nut bread w/ brummels and brown spread (1 tsp) L/D: 4 oz chicken breast w/ chipotle rub, 1 forkful of rice, 1 forkful of refried beans, 2 tortilla chips w/ salsa Evening snack: 90 calorie la yogurt probiotic, 1/3 banana, 1/2 cup strawberries Total: Calories 1116 carbs 105 gm fat 42 gm protein 80 gm

The damage? Coulda been worse--

(40-23-37%-- when I aim for 30-30-40%--- a high fat, low carb day)
