Weigh In: Week 6
Hello Lovely Peoples! I so love to read about everyone's progress. So many inspirations here. I am proud with my progress so far. Start weight was 453 and now weigh 429 for week 6. Yay me!
I could hardly walk with the arthritis in my knees before I began. I can move around the house much better and that is a major plus to my weight loss and I stretch and do some isometrics when I have a little energy. I found myself with a burst of energy recently and was able to do a little housework. It was great! Overall I have less aches and pains and this good feeling is a great motivation to keep it up.
I drink plenty of cold water. Doctor says drink my water as cold as I can stand it. I giggled when he first told me that but since I only drink water cold and it really helps. I currently drink propel but I recently tried a new flavored water by Nestle with no calories, no carbs, no sugars and it was tasty.
I succeeded with my first two mini goals. First was 10 pounds and second was 20 by Easter. I am still deciding what mini goal to set next. Until next time, best wishes with your weight loss success and have a wonderful day of losing. If you want a OH friend, please send a request.

Wow....24lb in 6 weeks is fabulous!! I bet you can really feel the difference. I'm hoping my knees will be better with some poundage gone too. Keep up the good work!! Happy Easter
That's fantastic! You should be so proud of yourself. Isn't it amazing how 24 pounds can make sugh a difference in how you feel?
It was always amazing to me, when I felt like ai had SOOO much weight to lose, that just small amounts (in comparison to the big picture) made such a difference. You will feel so much better with each pound!
CONGRATS!
