Weigh In
I am down 4 pounds in 1 week
Last week I was 275, and this week I am 271
What I am doing:
No grains at all
Lots of fresh fruit
veggies with dinner
More fish, less chicken and turkey, no pork, no red meat
Water, Water, Water
The proof is in the pudding - I am grain sensitive
When I eat grains, I barely loose and when I don't eat grains, it flies right off
I am pretending I am allergic to grains, and the side effect is getting fatter !! So far so good !!

That's a great loss! I think I'm really sensitive to the grains too. I envy you all your fresh fruit....just starting out on SB and can't have that for a little while.
