I am down 4 pounds in 1 week Last week I was 275, and this week I am 271 What I am doing: No grains at all Lots of fresh fruit veggies with dinner More fish, less chicken and turkey, no pork, no red meat Water, Water, Water The proof is in the pudding - I am grain sensitive When I eat grains, I barely loose and when I don't eat grains, it flies right off I am pretending I am allergic to grains, and the side effect is getting fatter !! So far so good !! I hope everyone is doing super !!!

You just might be allergic.  Research gluten sensitivity.... Congrats on the weight loss.  I started with a program much like yours.  Was too reactive to the carbs in fruit though, so moved onto Atkins. Keep up the good work.

That's a great loss!  I think I'm really sensitive to the grains too.  I envy you all your fresh fruit....just starting out on SB and can't have that for a little while. It's working...keep on working it!!

Keep it up. Use what works for you and your body and what you can stick to as a lifestyle. The freedom of a lifestyle vs the chains of a diet is such a major difference in how far you get.  You are doing such a wonderful job!
