What did you eat today? 03/20
I had about 8 deviled egg halves so far.. so..... 4 eggs and some mayo
Got 1:20 interval training on the treadmill and a solid hour of weight training... good sweat
I dunno.. maybe I'll throw chicken thighs in the oven for dinner.. or maybe more eggs.. we'll see
Edited to add: 1 frozen precooked sausage patty for 200 cal and 1 egg patty for 60
also, I cooked 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 of a italian sausage w/1 egg... topped with parmesan
WTF .. might as well eat
Also forgot to mention that I put a tablespoon of flax seed oil in my coffee.........
let's see.. what else can I manage to stuff in before the night is out.................
Edited to add eating a small chicken thigh and going back to the gym for 30 minutes of interval training
B: mock oatmeal (gave it a shot Sherrie), two pieces turkey bacon
S: celery with Melinda's yummy pb recipe (Sherrie..add your allowed pb with a fudgicle melt in microwave for about 15-20 sec, and stir. Almost tasted like a brownie!)
L: green beans with chicken breast
S: soy latte
D: two mini egg quiche w/spinach, red pepper, and onions, celery with hummus
S: yogurt
