Such massive water weight gain has me scared for you.  I want you to get answers.  I've just never heard of such a thing! Don't let it get to your head!

Lori...please be careful.  If you actually do have something wrong with your kidneys, it could be dangerous to be drinking that amount of fluid in a day.  Lord, I wish those doctors of yours would get on the stick!! Praying for you that you find some answers soon....you're trying so hard!!

Lori, I'm sorry to hear your weight is still fluctuating so much. That has got to be so very frustrating.  Have you been able to get in touch with your dr. about it to see what he has to say?  I hope you find the answer to this soon.  Come on, you know you'll get under 220.  Your body is just fighting you right now, but I know you.  You won't give up and eventually your body will listen and drop the weight. Chocolate mint protein shake for breakfast. Chicken sandwich from BK (I was out running errands after my doctor appointment) for lunch. Tomato, Romano & Olive Oil Soy Crisps (low carb and high protein snack).

B: 2pc lean thin ham L: 7 cheese cubes, 2oz polish sausage, 1c chicken soup, 5 crackers S: 1-2oz corned beef, 1/4c cabbage, 1/2 potatoes (was at my mom's and she insisted I "try" it and served me a HUGO bowl. As you can tell, I didn't finish even 1/4 of it.) D: 1 1/2c homemade veggie soup S: (later) 1/2c cherry vanilla swirl frozen yogurt, 1 small caramel corn cake Splurge: 2/5 of a dark chocolate DOVE chocolate bar Obviously not the best day I have had but it's not awful either.

B - 2 hard boiled eggs Morning snack - kashi granola bar L - 2 flat out wraps w/4 oz turkey, 3 tbsp tomato and basil hummus, 17 ranch soy crisps (serving) Afternoon snack - orange D - 1 meatball, 1/2 sausage, salad w/ lowfat italian dressing (wrestling dinner for my son) Evening snack - I had to make up a whole bunch of calories to reach 1500.  I was at like 1100 nonfat banana yogurt, 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup sliced strawberries, 2 tbsp lite whipped cream, 1/4 cup kashi granola Totals - calories 1511 carbs 189 fat 53 protein 91 I also went to the gym again this morning and did my 45 minutes on the elliptical/crosstrainer and 20 minutes of strength training on the circuit

B:  SB Mock Oatmeal (1 egg, 1/2 c. part skim ricotta, splenda, maple flavoring...nuked for 3 minutes)       2 slices turkey bacon       6oz V8 juice       FF plain yogurt with splenda, cinnamon, almond flavoring S:  15 almonds       4oz 99% FF turkey breast L:  leftover turkey casserole with veggies from last night's dinner      celery S:  celery stalks with 2 wedges light LC cheese D:  1 cup 1% cottage cheese (splenda and cinnamon)       salad (romaine, cucumber, cauliflower, garbanzo beans)       2 Tbsp balsalmic vinegarette       steamed broccoli       8oz FF milk S:  SF jello with FF whipped cream 1268 calories, 48g fat, 92g carb, 19g fiber, 123g protein
