What did you eat today? 03/19
2 pieces of no sugar bacon (60 cal)
1 frozen sausage patty (200 cal)
about 2 oz of leftover chicken fried in olive oil with 2 eggs (it was totally disgusting) so figure ..hmm.. they were large eggs (not xl or jumbo).. so about 80 cal an egg..... I would have to guess about 200 cal for the chicken and I don't know about the olive oil.
I went to the gym twice..... once I only did 20 minutes of interval on the treadmill.. the second time I went and did an hour of interval on the treadmill (it was either that or stay home and put my fist through a wall).
I'm trying to be extra careful because I went from 220 to 235 over the course of the last week and I'm NOT adding a fat gain to this water weight. I drank about 130 oz of water so far.. trying to dump it... I just have no clue how to deal with this anymore. It's very discouraging. I was almost under 220. :(

You will make it there. I am so sorry about the fluid weight. Try not to be discouraged.
As hard as you work out, it should be gone soon. Hang in there.
Lori, I hate to say it but honey, you need a good strong water pill. You should not be gaining water weight like that. My mom does that same thing. She has chronic edema and doesn't take her pills. She can pack on 30 pounds of water weight in less than 2 days. it was to the point the doctor thought her kidneys were shutting down. It can be scary stuff. If you have a water pill like Lasix or something, please take one. If not see a doctor. I hate seeing you suffer like this, hun.
I took 120 mg of lasix and I took the potassium to go with it..... I don't get it...still waiting for my referral to the nephrologist but I won't get that until I go for the follow up with the rheumy on the 30th. I called to ask what was what with the x rays and blood work but they said they won't tell me anything until the follow up. Guess I have no choice but to play their game.
