Clothing Exchange ?

I was going through my clothes and plan on getting rid of them as I lose.  I went to the clothing exchange page (my first visit there)  to see how to place an ad and the page said for post-op losers!  What's up with that?  I mean, we all should get a stab at hand-me-downs, right?  Does that mean I can't give and receive unless I have the surgery?

I don't think there are any rules around it. OH is geared towards WLS and I suppose the suspect that most will be post-op. I would still post and if someone gets mad about you being non-op then go, "oops..well darn, I didn't know.. ".  If they're that stuck up about it then they have other issues besides being overweight.

It never occurred to me that people losing weight without surgery would be exempt.  If you're a member of OH, then it should be for you.  We all work hard to lose the weight no matter which method we choose.
