L: 2 flat out wraps spread with 3 tbsp. hummus, 4 oz oven roasted turkey, 10 mustard and onion pretzel crisps, strawberries Afternoon snack: 90 calorie yogurt and 1/4 cup kashi orchard spice granola D: 1 flat out wrap w/solid white tuna, 1 tbsp light mayo, box of immunity boost green giant vegetables Calories : 1520 182 gms carbs, 47 gms fat, 114 gms protein

small tub peaches in natural juice

lean mince and rice 1-pot casserole BIG serve- I could barely eat it all!
2 chocolate truffles...
About to beg hubby to make me an expresso... then jump on the exercise bike.
