B:  two eggs, lf lunch meat S:  30 pistachios L:  skipped lunch, was on the go and well...not hungry! S:  soy latte D:  few people had some good ideas today, so I think I'm gonna go for a meatloaf (sb style) and try the fake mashed potatoes Chris mentioned.  I've wanted to try it for years, but haven't yet (I hate cauli.) salad S:  fudgcicle

Hi Janina, B: 2 hard boiled eggs, weight control oatmeal, 1 tbsp flax seed

Morning Snack: banana

L: 2 flat out wraps spread with 3 tbsp. hummus, 4 oz oven roasted turkey, 10 mustard and onion pretzel crisps, strawberries Afternoon snack: 90 calorie yogurt and 1/4 cup kashi orchard spice granola  D: 1 flat out wrap w/solid white tuna, 1 tbsp light mayo, box of immunity boost green giant vegetables Calories :  1520   182 gms carbs, 47 gms fat, 114 gms protein

Been a while since I did this.. here goes

B. Handisnack (Pretzel & Cheese) / 1 Sausage Patty
S. Iced Coffee... (Equal & Cream, no sugar)
L: 1 Tomato Sandwhich, Handi Snack
S. Protein Shake w/ 4 Hershey Nugggets
D. Ceasar Salad, Lettuce, Bacon, Parmesian, Crutons.
S: HandiSnack

Not sure what the calorie count is.. im still hongree! LOL

Started with good intentions and faded from there....

Breakfast

cereal with skim milk

glass of psyllium husk in water

Lunch

fat free yoghurt

small tub peaches in natural juice

1 apple

Snack

handful of sultanas

1 dried apricot

Dinner

lean mince and rice 1-pot casserole BIG serve- I could barely eat it all!

2 chocolate truffles...

About to beg hubby to make me an expresso... then jump on the exercise bike.
