Tonight I'm going to go through old posts that I've missed in the past few days and respond.  I'm so sorry I haven't been on here lately.  Work has been really busy and I just haven't had time to get online.  I'm missing out on so much with you guys and I hate it!!

Don't be sorry. I am going to be in the same boat as you here in a couple of weeks. I will barely be on here. B: nothing L: Half of a BBQ Pork Sandwich, couple bites of tuna mac. salad, 3 crackers with crab dip, few pieces of fruit with fruit dip, and 2 bites of apple pie...it looks like a lot but really isnt lol. It was like a small sample plate that I made myself. D: I am not sure if I am gonna eat anything or not. Right after work I have to go to Best Buy to return something, go get hair product for upcoming clients, & hit up walliemart for kitty litter. Then come home and go for a jog if it isnt raining...clean the apartment....sleep? lol

B:  2 egg omelot with asparagus and mushroom (veggies sauteed in 1 tsp. olive oil)       2 slices turkey bacon       decaf coffee S:  celery stalks with 2 Tbsp hummus L:  romaine lettuce roll ups with 99%FF turkey, 2 wedges light LC cheese       LF plain yogurt with almond extract and cinnamon S:  SB Cinnabon....1/2 cup FF cottage cheese with splenda, vanilla extract, cinnamon       15 almonds D:  casserole made with ground turkey, part skim mozzerella cheese, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, salsa  (veggies sauteed in 1tsp olive oil)       steamed broccoli       6 oz. FF milk S:  sugar free jello with FF whipped cream (later) 1504 cal, 67g fat, 82g carb, 44g sugar, 14g fiber, 149g protein Interesting....doing SB, but added up the points and comes to 32 points for WW...I was allowed 31.....also all allowed on WW Core plan (except 2 tsp olive oil)

Hi Janina,  B: 7 cheese cubes, 6- 1" beef stick pieces L: 6 black olives, 2 pcs thin lean ham w/ 1/4c shredded cheese and 1tbsp parmesan melted on top D: 1c homemade chicken soup, 10 saltines S: 1c salad w/ shredded cheese and 1tbsp buttermilk ranch dressing Went to doc's office with my 12 yr old today (Strep Yippee...NOT) and weighed myself....338! That's 35 pounds lost...I wonder how that will compare to the TOPS scale? We'll see.

b.  1 serving of no sugar bacon  (60) L.  1 package of oscar meyer shaved turkey (245) s.  2 servings shaved turkey  (90) more snack:  3 oz provolone (300) Dinner will probably be 2 chicken thighs Weight is up 11 lbs in the last 3 days... from 220 - 231 did an hour on the treadmill today, 50 minutes of weight training.....  made it up the stairs at the gym

Hey!  Sorry if I missed this somewhere before, but how do you make your buffalo chicken dip?  Or is it something bought?  It sounds so good every time I read it so I wanted to ask!  Thanks!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

10 ounces of chicken (canned is okay)
2 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened-- I use fat free)
1 cup bleu cheese dressing (you can use reduced fat)
3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot™ Sauce
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (I would use regular, here.)

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and bleu cheese dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.  For a half cup serving (made as in parentheses):
