Hmm... don't know Atkins view on soy but that's definitely an option for when I decide to increase my carbs. It's technically not a bread..its a bean. I suppose it then applies to beans on atkins. I can introduce SOME beans in phase 2. I'll have to check into soy.. After maintenance though beans are fair game. :) thanks!
Just an off the wall idea. Cheese crackers? Bsically you put cheese like pamesan or whatever in a skillet and let it brown on both sides. It gets crisp like a cracker and then you can put toppings on it like a tostada. You can look them up on the internet.
They make a good RICH flavor snack. I can only eat one or two because they are so rich but they help when you need a crunchy snack or a cracker to go with your soup or salad.

Actually I have been working on that. I've been going to bed earlier and I'm finding I am so refreshed when I wake up. Now the problem is that I'm actually getting the amount of sleep that I need to and I'll have to go to bed even earlier to get up 10 mins early! lmao Then there's the whole cleaning the dishes after I'm done! Aghhh!! hehe Ooo I could just leave them for the wife to do! hEHHEHEHEHE
