Breakfast wraps
There is an Atkins catsup - I like it better; i still buy it cuz it has somehwat less sodium. reminds me of home made stuff I used to make years ago.
I don't have to have catsup with my meatloaf...my DD makes one with ground turkey and spinach and swiss cheese that rocks - no recipe, just those things, with egg and salt, pepper, whatever spices turn you on - lots of garlic. Mustard is PERFECT with this one!
At my grocery, they sell sugar free ketchup. I think it is Hunt's of Heinz, not totally sure. Look for Atkins compatible food items in the diabetic/health food aisle at the grocery. You'll be surprised what you can find. I bought sugar free spaghetti sauce the other night. It was pretty good actually. LVS has a good thing going with her meatloaf, too. She uses beef, romano and egg I believe. I made a no-carb version like that. It was a different flavor and a little drier than I am used too but it was VERY good. Beth

Chris....wasn't there an "oopsie" recipe for crepes in that Lighter Side of Low Carb website? I seem to remember one. A crepe would work for a breakfast wrap too.
Ooh...Neecee I want to try that turkey meatloaf...sounds yummy!
