Did you know wikipeda.com is down at the moment??  Wow.. that's amazing. that site never goes down. ;) Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters 2 sausage patties Lunch: 2 slices eggplant (eggplant parmesan) 2 cups italian lettuce 2 tbs ranch dressing 1 can chicken 4 tbs mayo 1/4 cup hot sauce (no, there's no sugar, just peppers, vinegar, salt and some other stuff i can't pronounce) Snack: 4 slices pepperoni 1 snack slice mild cheddar Dinner: 10 hot  wings (homemade) Dessert: Sugar free lime jello Oh holy gotta take less food to work I'm stuffed!  I don't know what it is with me having to finish everything I have on my plate.  Guess it's just time to make smaller plates.  I shouldn't have brought the eggplant. I'd have been fine with just the salad. I'm so used to eating more it's hard to train myself not to. I'm just not that hungry yet my eyes think they know more than my stomach. Tomorrow, I shall bring less food to work. No need in all that nonsense anymore. Had me some jello! Cured that sweet tooth. Also is resting heavily on my stomach and God I wished I wouldn't have drank so much water with it!  Not sure what's going on down there but hot wings, jello and water or definitely filling! Still going.....

Eggplant parm, was it breaded? Still think you're actually undereating.   But you are full and content--who can ask for more?

Unbreaded, fried in canola then baked with the no-added sugar tomato sauce, seasonings and parm and mozz cheese. There's no way I could eat more. I was busting at the seams yesterday. This'll have to do! :) I'm definitely full and content! Sometimes a lil more than content. heheh
