today: 6:00 a.m. = 15 minutes asansas + 50 ball crunches + 15 push ups  6:30 = 1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1 tsp psyllium + 1/2 c orange juice 9:00 = 1 SB bar 12:00 = 1 2x2 piece irish soda bread - yum whole grain, too. 12:45 = 1 c miso + added soy protein + 1.5 c broccoli 3:00 = 1 svg high protein cereal + 1 c coffee swim class - will report out in exercise post I see above 8:00 = 2c chili w/lean beef +  kidney beans + 1.5 svg flax chips + 1/2 c nf milk EDIT:  3 bites of lemon merengue pie.  No worries about this thing - DH has just about finished it!

Bowl low fat cereal with skim milk

2 x 100% fruit tubs (1 apricot, 1 two fruits)

1/4 cup pasta

spaghetti mince meat

pumpkin, carrots, beans smal piece corn on cob,

low joule jelly, diet choc mousse, low fat homemade custard, 1 pear, sml scoop icecream (low fat)

2 cups coffee

2 cups tea
