WHERE IS JANINA???? I miss her. B: 1 banana, 1/4c sweetened oatmeal L: 7 cheese cubes, 6-1" beef stick pieces, 2 pcs pork side (looks like really think bacon but doesn't taste much like bacon) D: 3oz cheeseburger, 1/2c peas, 1c salad w/ 1/4c cheese, tidbits of broccoli and cauliflower and 1tbsp buttermilk ranch dressing S: 1pc ww toast w/ 1tbsp peanut butter, 8oz skim milk Edit: I forgot the fig newton and the sugar free peep.

My first day of South Beach!!  It seemed like a lot of food, until about 5:00 and then I felt like I could start grazing and go right through all the cupboards and the refrigerator....but didn't!  LOL B:  2 egg omelot with asparagus and mushrooms (veggies sauteed in 1 TBSP olive oil first)       LF plain yogurt with vanilla extract and cinnamon S:  15 almonds       10 grape tomatoes L:  salad: romaine, 6 oz. tuna, cucumber, 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, feta cheese       2 TBSP. balsalmic vinegarette S:  4 celery sticks with 2 TBS red pepper hummus       LF plain yogurt with almond extract and cinnamon (a little bit later cause I was feeling the urge to binge....was planning FF milk with dinner but figured I need the dairy here to satisfy me) D:  4 oz. tilapia       steamed broccoli       herbal tea S:  gonna have a SF jello later 1295cal, 56g fat, 89g carb, 20g fiber, 116g protein Got 80oz of water in today too

Welcome back Janina, was wondering what happened to you!

B:  Egg substitute omelet with  onion and mushrooms and one laughing cow, and V8 juice.

S:  String Cheese

L:  Two celery stalks with two tbsp natural peanut butter, onion with serving of lf lunch meat wrap

S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon

D:  ground beef with tomato sauce with cheddar cheese, with broccoli and salad w lf dressing

S:  Not sure..I'm tempted to try and create a fruitless smoothie.  Think I might try..shaving a fudgcicle, soy mil**** cubes and cocoa powder (or sf hot cocoa), with a little splenda and see what happens.

I went overboard today.. was one of those days.. but it sure was good.

I just had a spoonful of jon's eggs for breakfast

for lunch I had two scrambled eggs w/about 1/4 c of cheddar

Dinner.. we went out late.

I ordered fillet mignon (ate about 1/2 of it) asparagus (they served about 5 pieces and I had half of them).  I also had 3 plain chicken wings and a bowl of romaine w/blue cheese dressing.  and it ws DARNED good.

Later I did a high fat version of Shari's cheesecake like thingie using heavy cream, 1/2 brick of cream cheese and 1 box of the cheesecake pudding.  It was way to thick so I cut it with some half and half and I had about 1/2 cup.  Man.. that was just so scrumptious.

Tomorrow I'll have to get back to being human about it.  K.I.S.S. went out the window today.  I think I was eating out of frustration.

 

 

 Edited to add that I went back and ate that leftover cheescake thingie dessert ... ALL of it.  This morning I'm showing ketones, much hgh fluid weight but much less bodyfat %.
