Might need a little help..or advise

Sherrie, I am thankful they added tomatoes and the dairy to phase 1.  Definitely makes for a hell of a lot easier road.  I have to say, you did great with your menu today.  Variety and enough to keep you sated.  Very good imagination!! I love that cinnamon approach to the yogurt.  I stretch my yogurt with strawberries which are amazingly low in calories.  Makes me feel like I'm eating a whole lot but I'm not. Good luck for the rest of the week!!!!

Oh thanks....good to know I did okay from someone who's done it before! I'm a visual learner and made out these neat little "Daily Food Plan" sheets.  Plan on doing my menu for each day the night before...that way I don't get caught off guard and can plan things when I have the time to figure it all out.  I don't do well if I just have to grab something, so this way I know I have all the food I need and try to fit it in where it will satisfy me best. I can't wait til I can stick my fruit back in....I love fruit.  I noticed something interesting today though.  The vanilla extract had corn syrup listed as the third ingredient (even though it's on the list for acceptable flavorings).  That's why I switched to the almond in the afternoon. Guess it's all a learning process!

It's a genuine concern that you haven't been well lately and this could have  a lot to do with how you are feeling.  I wouldn't be at all surprised if you were suffering some sort of detox from the sugar/carbs about now, but it's coming at a time along with discomfort from your period AND all the discomfort from the change in medications.   I can only guess you are in a wait and see period right now.... pay close attention to how you feel over the next few days... maybe even record symptoms as they happen.. no?

I actually went back on the zyrtec and went off the nasal steroid.  I decided I'm gonna wean myself off the zyrtec since I was on it for so long.  THen start up the nasal steroid if I'm still having symptoms.  It was just too much at once for me, especially not knowing what was causing what! As for today, I can say I do feel a little better now.  I ended up making a burger minus the bun basically, and broccoli.  I seem to always feel better after dinner.  I guess because that is the meal that fills me up the most. I think I am having a little bit of withdrawals, my heart was pounding all day.  When Donna mentioned excercise I thought to myself, my heart would jump out of my throat if I did anything like that right now. But I'm getting giddy I'm so excited, praying this is it.!!  I'm so tired of being so negative with all the non-weight loss weeks I'm having.  Somethings got to give. This has got to be it!!! hehe
