What's your goal weight?

I'd shut up forever if I can get to 170-175, but I would be tickled pink at 160-165. I have a picture of me at 160 - in a red biking, looking good ( I was about 26ish at the time - had two kids in early grades). About a size 10 - all woman, lots of curves.  I am now 64.5 inches tall - i used to be 65.5 inches tall back then - have lost a whole inch since high school. At 180, i wear size 12 pants and most tops are size large (about a 14). NOT women's 12/14s (which are actually more like a 14/16), regular sizes.

Jersey: I am with you. My last body composition test said I was 20% body fat and had like 185 lbs of muscle, bones, and other stuff. So my new adjusted weight is 215. So much for wanting to be "bone thin" and a size 32 :( I am a big guy, and pear shape. I think for my build 215 will be acceptable. -Bud
